Talent 360 is hiring people Operations Advisor to join our stars team:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee records, contracts, and documentation with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with labor laws and regulations
Oversee social insurance and labor law compliance, ensuring all related activities and records are accurate, up-to-date, and in line with current regulations.
Stay up-to-date with labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies to ensure compliance.
Process Payroll by verifying timesheets, attendance, and leave requests.
Ensure that Payroll is processed on time, and all deductions (e.g., taxes, benefits) and benefit enrollment for employees are correctly applied.
Provide Excellent Customer Service to employees by addressing payroll, benefits, and personnel-related inquiries promptly and accurately.
Assist in the annual Compensation review process, including salary benchmarking and adjustments.
Job Requirements:
1 to 3 Years of Experience in the Human resources field.
Bachelor's degree in business, Law, or a related field.
Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Work Conditions:
Working hours: from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM OR from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM
Fridays & Saturdays are off
