MicroBIM is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead and execute the company’s marketing vision and strategies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving growth, brand positioning, and cross-channel marketing performance.
- Develop and oversee the execution of strategic marketing plans aligned with company goals.
- Lead digital marketing efforts across performance channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) and organic channels (SEO, content, social media).
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to strengthen brand positioning.
- Manage and align cross-functional teams (design, content, product) for unified marketing communication.
- Define KPIs and regularly track marketing performance (CPA, ROI, CAC, LTV, etc.).
- Maintain and execute a strategic marketing calendar covering campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives.
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for new products or feature releases.
- Manage external collaborations including PR, sponsorships, partnerships, and influencer programs.
- Experience: 5–7 years in marketing leadership roles, preferably in tech or startup environments.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, or similar CRMs/automation platforms.
- Proven expertise in growth marketing, SEO/SEM, and performance-based campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to lead omnichannel strategies: paid, organic, influencer, and partnership marketing.
- Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with a strong data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to manage strategy while also executing hands-on when necessary.
