Talent 360 is looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who can manage the full sales cycle, build strong client relationships, and ensure high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
πΉ Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
πΉ Prospect and generate new clients through different channels
πΉ Conduct sales calls and meetings with potential and existing clients
πΉ Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
πΉ Close deals and follow up to ensure long-term client satisfaction
πΉ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
πΉ Collect client feedback after onboarding and ensure service quality
πΉ Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a smooth client experience
Requirements:

0β2 years of experience in sales, business development, or related fields (fresh grads are welcome)

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Target-driven with a client-focused mindset

Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously

Comfortable with hybrid work (office & remote)
