Job Purpose

The Video Editor is responsible for assembling recorded raw material into polished, engaging video content for the company’s marketing campaigns, social media platforms, presentations, and other communication channels. This role involves working closely with the marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality videos that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Edit and assemble raw footage into finished videos that meet project requirements and deadlines.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project goals and vision.

  • Incorporate graphics, animations, sound effects, music, and voiceovers to enhance video quality.

  • Ensure all video content adheres to brand identity, style guides, and quality standards.

  • Manage and organize video assets and project files efficiently.

  • Review and revise videos based on feedback from stakeholders.

  • Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques, software, and trends.

  • Optimize videos for various platforms including social media, websites, and presentations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

  • 2+ years of professional experience in video editing.

  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.

  • Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.

  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.


Work Conditions

  • Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Weekend: Friday & Saturday

  • Location: 6th of October City, Egypt
