Expected Job Role
  • Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team in performing daily tasks. (Availability machine ratio)
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize machinery downtime. (OEE)
  • Monitor the performance and condition of equipment and promptly address any issues.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure continuous operation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records.
  • Enforce safety regulations and best practices during maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure maintenance tasks align with production needs.
  • Train and mentor maintenance staff to develop technical skills and safety awareness.
  • Spare parts, inventory and manage stock.
 
Qualifications 
  • 5-7 years of experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of machinery maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • Hands-on experience with preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in a hands-on, blue-collar role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using maintenance management software is a plus.


Working Conditions 

  • Working Days: Sunday -Thursday
  • Working Hours: 09:00 AM -05:00 PM
  • Days Off: Friday and Saturday
  • Work Location: 10th of Ramadan
