Admin Assistant - New Cairo

An export and trading company is now looking for a responsible Admin Assistant to provide support to managers and employees, assist in daily office needs, and manage the company’s general administrative activities.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
  • Greet visitors and manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages, etc.).
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Job Requirements: 
  • 1-3 years of proven working experience in the same position.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and web browsers.
  • New Cairo residents are preferable.
Working Conditions:
  • Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Fridays & Saturdays are off
  • Work Location: Mivida, New Cairo.
