Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee and enhance our maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with a proven ability to manage and mentor a team of maintenance technicians. You will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance procedures, supervising staff, managing the maintenance budget, and ensuring the safety and efficiency of our equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strict maintenance and repair procedures in line with company standards to ensure the safety and reliability of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high levels of competency and productivity.
- Develop and monitor the maintenance budget, including cost control and resource allocation for tools, parts, and labor.
- Oversee the resolution of technical malfunctions of factory machinery that disrupt production processes, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Prepare detailed malfunction reports and maintenance plans, including work orders.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend the life of machinery and minimize equipment downtime.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and address potential hazards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, parts used, and service histories.
- Oversee equipment testing to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management within the Food Industry.
- Candidates with a background in the Pharmaceutical industry are most welcomed to apply.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing maintenance procedures and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical expertise in resolving equipment malfunctions.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to maintenance activities.
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Location: Obour City, Egypt
Position Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
