🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
- Handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and close deals efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
✅ Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in tele sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain a positive attitude
- Background in the manufacturing or construction industry is preferred
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
