Expected Job Role
Oversee the development and refinement of product designs and technical specifications, ensuring they meet performance, quality, and safety standards.
Collaborate with R&D and design teams to optimize product functionality and manufacturability.
Provide technical support to manufacturing teams, resolving any technical issues related to production processes and equipment. Ensure efficient and effective manufacturing operations.
Ensure all products and processes comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality control procedures.
Implement and maintain quality management systems.
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including product specifications, manufacturing procedures, and quality control records.
Plan and manage technical office budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are completed within deadlines and cost constraints.
Lead, manage, and develop the technical office team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, production, sales, and clients.
Prepare and present technical reports and presentations.
Product Improvement and Innovation: Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
Strong technical proficiency with CAD software, product lifecycle management (PLM) systems, and quality management tools.
Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team motivation and professional development.
Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
