As a Marketing Executive at MicroBIM, you will play a crucial role in executing day-to-day marketing activities, managing campaigns, and increasing brand visibility. You’ll help drive traffic, generate leads, and support the business’s growth through various marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms and create engaging content.
- Handle SEO efforts, website updates, and content creation for blogs, newsletters, and more.
- Track and analyze marketing performance (traffic, ROI, CPA, etc.), and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Collaborate with the design and product teams to create compelling marketing materials.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Organize and promote webinars, events, and product launches.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the marketing calendar for ongoing initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within tech or software.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Data-driven and capable of making decisions based on marketing performance metrics.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, growing team.
