Rosalte, a fast-growing FMCG company specializing in international trade, import/export operations, and product distribution, is hiring a Senior Business Development Specialist to lead the expansion of its presence in the local Egyptian market.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local Egyptian market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients, distributors, retailers, and key partners.
- Conduct market research to understand local customer needs, trends, and competitors.
- Lead negotiations and prepare proposals and commercial agreements.
- Collaborate with internal departments (sales, marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure successful deal execution.
- Assist in launching new products in the local market and supporting their commercial performance.
- Monitor performance metrics and generate regular reports on business development activities.
- Represent the company at relevant local events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of localized sales and distribution strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in business development, preferably in FMCG or local distribution.
- Deep understanding of the Egyptian market and consumer behavior.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
Working Conditions:
- Working Hours: From 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Fridays & Saturdays are off
- Work Location: Sheikh Zayed, Cairo, Egypt.
