Job Role:
Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Copreci's global objectives, ensuring consistency across all international locations.
Talent Acquisition and Retention: Oversee recruitment processes to attract top talent in the manufacturing sector. Implement retention strategies to reduce turnover and maintain a skilled workforce.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution. Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and international standards. Oversee health and safety programs, particularly in manufacturing settings, to maintain a safe workplace.
Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems that drive high performance. Provide coaching and development opportunities for employees.
Training and Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to enhance employee competencies, especially in areas like gas control systems and induction technologies.
HR Analytics: Utilize HR metrics to inform decision-making and provide insights into workforce trends.
Job Requirements:
4-5 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and talent management strategies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in HR digital tools and systems is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & SAP.
Leadership & People Management: Strong ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a positive workplace culture.
Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic & English. (Spanish language will be greatly appreciated)
Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution: Ability to address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues effectively.
Adaptability & Decision-Making: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment.
Confidentiality & Ethics: High level of integrity in handling sensitive HR matters.

Working Days: Sunday -Thursday
Working Hours: 09:00 AM -05:00 PM
Days Off: Friday and Thursday
