Talent360 is hiring for one of our clients a Business Development Engineer to drive sales growth, identify new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong commercial and negotiation skills to support the company’s expansion objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and offers.
- Collaborate with the engineering, project, and operations teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs to support strategy.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and suppliers.
- Contribute to business development strategy and planning.
- Prepare regular reports on sales pipeline, opportunities, and market feedback.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
- 4–6 years of experience in business development, sales engineering, or a technical sales role.
- Strong technical understanding relevant to the company’s products/services.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and market research abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
