About the Role
We’re hiring an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead and deliver successful ERP implementation projects. If you have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of business processes, and a track record in managing ERP rollouts — this is your opportunity to make an impact.
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP project management, particularly with Odoo implementations.
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities to manage full-cycle implementations.
Deep understanding of ERP modules (e.g., Accounting, Inventory, HR, Sales, Manufacturing) and related business processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
PMP certification is highly desirable.
Experience with project management software, system configuration, and data migration.
Proactive, client-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end implementation of ERP projects (primarily Odoo).
Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and resources.
Analyze client requirements and translate them into functional and technical deliverables.
Coordinate between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks and manage changes effectively.
Conduct project planning, documentation, status reporting, and follow-ups.
Ensure successful delivery of milestones and a smooth post-go-live transition.
Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), training sessions, and handovers to support teams.
