Cardoo is hiring CEO Assistant
Location 5th settlement
Days off : 2 days
Key Responsibilities:
-Attend all meetings with the CEO, taking detailed notes and ensuring follow-up on action items.
-Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling, rescheduling, and prioritizing meetings.
-Organize and coordinate all of the CEO’s personal events, appointments, and activities.
-Prepare meeting agendas, summaries, presentations, and documentation as needed.
-Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
-Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
-Act as a communication bridge between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
-Ensure the CEO is fully prepared for daily activities, deadlines, and commitments.
-Handle urgent tasks outside normal business hours when required.
Qualifications:
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
-Maximum age 30 years
-2 to 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Professional demeanor, strong problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail.
-Proficiency in scheduling tools, email management, and office software.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
