🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Manage full-cycle recruitment & onboarding
✔ Support employee relations & engagement
✔ Assist with organizational development initiatives
✔ Coordinate performance & learning programs
✔ Maintain HR records & generate reports
🚨 Qualifications :
✅ 1–3 years of HR experience
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
✅ Strong understanding of labor law & HR best practices
✅ Excellent communication, decision-making & problem-solving skills
