Export Director

An international company for export and trading is now hiring an Export Director to oversee all aspects of the company's international sales and operations.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement export strategies that identify and target new markets, expand existing markets, and increase sales.
  • Manage relationships with distributors and customers in foreign markets, including resolving disputes, and providing customer support.
  • Negotiate contracts with new vendors and clients as well as terminate contracts with existing clients or vendors when necessary.
  • Oversee the export process, from product development and packaging to shipping and documentation.
  • Ensure that products comply with all relevant international regulations.
  • Manage a team of export professionals, including sales representatives, marketing specialists, and logistics coordinators.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Prepare financial reports about sales activity, costs, and profit margins for international markets.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on export performance.

Job Requirements: 

  • +6 years of proven working experience as an export manager in the same industry (Frozen and Fresh Fruits and Vegetables). 
  • Thorough knowledge of foreign trade regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel abroad.

Working Conditions:

  • Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Fridays & Saturdays are off
  • Work Location: Mivida, New Cairo.
