We're seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join our innovative technology team.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect for potential customers in target industries or markets who can benefit from the company's machine learning products or solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in customer organizations.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand customer needs, pain points, and industry trends related to machine learning.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's AI products and services, including their features, applications, and benefits.
- Collaborate with the company's technical teams to develop a deep understanding of the company's machine learning offerings, features, and benefits.
- Generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events.
- Present and demonstrate the company's products and solutions to potential customers, highlighting their value proposition and competitive advantages.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs and requirements of each customer.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the machine learning space.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the sales management team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of successful sales in the technology industry, preferably in the machine learning, artificial intelligence, or data analytics domain.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales productivity tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
Working Conditions :
- Hybrid.
- Working days: Sunday - Thursday.
- Days Off: Friday- Saturday.
- Location: Downtown - Cairo
