Social Media Moderator

Zhivago is currently hiring a Social Media Moderator to join the team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond quickly to customer inquiries on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Gmail.
• Monitor social media for mentions and address concerns promptly.
• Process orders, exchanges, and inventory checks.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Contribute to developing social media moderation policies.

Job requirements:

Female, October/ Zayed resident (preferred)

0-1 years experience in customer service or social media moderation

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented with good multitasking ability

Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Gmail

Introducing ideas to enhance customer engagement.

Working Conditions:

-From Sunday to Thursday from office 

-Saturday: working from Home
-Days Off: Friday 

-Work Locations: Sheikh Zayed
-Working Hours: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
