Recruitment & OnboardingCoordinate and execute end-to-end recruitment for retail positions (shop managers, sales, stock, etc.)
Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and provide shortlists to department managers
Ensure proper onboarding and orientation for new hires in line with company policy
Employee Relations & CommunicationServe as the main HR contact for employees in the retail division
Address employee inquiries and resolve issues related to HR policies, benefits, and code of conduct
Support the implementation of internal communication strategies to ensure employee engagement
HR OperationsMaintain accurate employee records and update HRIS systems regularly
Oversee attendance, leaves, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations
Manage monthly HR reports (headcount, turnover, vacancies, etc.)
Performance ManagementAssist in the implementation and follow-up of performance appraisal cycles
Support line managers in setting KPIs and reviewing employee performance
Work on improvement plans and employee development initiatives
