Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support agency growth and align with business objectives.
Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, compensation, and employee relations.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Culture and Engagement: Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work culture that promotes employee well-being, collaboration, and professional development.
Talent Management: Implement effective talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top-performing individuals.
Collaborative Support: Work closely with department heads and managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic HR support.
Employee Engagement Initiatives: Design and implement innovative employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
Performance Management: Create and implement performance management, learning and development, and succession planning programs to cultivate a high-performing workforce.
Coaching and Feedback: Provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees to enhance performance and development.
Strategic Partnership: Serve as a strategic business partner to the executive leadership team, offering HR-related insights and recommendations to drive organizational growth and transformation.
Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the organization's HR capabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the digital marketing or tech industry.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
Experience in talent management and employee engagement initiatives.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Work Location: Zamalek
Working hours: 10 to 7 pm
