We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, architecture, or a related field, with proven experience in delivering successful design projects. They will be responsible for developing high-quality design concepts, preparing visual presentations, and collaborating with project managers to ensure the alignment of design goals.

Additionally, we adhere to European standards in manufacturing furniture and carefully install all necessary appliances based on your interior design specifications. At NO5, we collaborate closely with our clients, prioritizing their needs to deliver the highest quality possible. We offer a range of packages, including interior design visuals, design finishing, furniture, and decoration.

Responsibilities:

Develop and create high-quality design concepts and visual presentations.
Collaborate with project managers and architects to ensure design alignment with project goals.
Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and plans using design software.
Review and enhance existing designs to meet project specifications.
Conduct site visits to gather measurements, assess project progress, and provide design guidance.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and techniques.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare documentation and maintain accurate records of design work.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a Designer, preferably in construction or architecture.
Previous Position: Designer, Junior Designer, or similar roles.
Car Requirement: Must have a car for transportation and site visits.

Skills and Competencies:

Technical Proficiency:
- Advanced knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of construction and architectural standards and codes.
- Ability to create accurate technical drawings and detailed 3D visualizations.
Creative and Design Skills:
- Excellent aesthetic judgment and creativity in conceptualizing and executing design ideas.
- Strong visual and spatial awareness with the ability to think in 3D.
- Attention to detail and precision in design work.
Project Management and Communication:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and presentations.
- Problem-solving abilities and proactive attitude to address design challenges.

Working Conditions:

Working Hours:
- Summer: 10 AM to 7 PM (including a 1-hour break)
- Winter: 9 AM to 6 PM (including a 1-hour break)
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
Days Off: Friday and Saturday
