We're seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Content Creator [Social Media Managing] to join our team at Z Experience. As a Content Creator, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that showcases our company's events, weddings, and brand personality. Key Responsibilities:
-Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
-Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
-Content Calendar: Plan and schedule content in advance using a content calendar, ensuring consistency and relevance.
-Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media, fostering a positive and engaging community.
-Analytics: Track and analyze social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for future content and strategy.
-Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all social media platforms.
-Collaboration: Work closely with our events team, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media management or content creation, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent writing, photography, and video production skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
