We’re seeking a talented Account Manager (Weddings) to join our growing team.
Overview:
As an Account Manager in the wedding events industry, you will be responsible for understanding the unique needs of each couple and ensuring the seamless execution of their wedding events. You will serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, managing communication, timelines, budgets, and overall client satisfaction. If you are a proactive problem-solver with strong coordination skills and a passion for delivering exceptional wedding experiences, we want to hear from you.
This role blends project management, client service, and creative collaboration to deliver exceptional Weddings that reflect our brand’s elegance and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
● Act as the primary point of contact for couples, guiding them through the full wedding planning and execution process.
● Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to foster trust and encourage repeat business.
● Gather client requirements, objectives, and expectations clearly and translate them into actionable plans for internal teams.
● Conduct regular check-ins with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
● Handle client inquiries, feedback, and escalations promptly and efficiently
● Coordinate with internal departments—operations, logistics, production, floral, décor, and finance to ensure all wedding elements align with client expectations.
● Manage and monitor project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and progress to ensure smooth execution of events.
● Communicate all client updates, changes, or risks to relevant internal team members in a timely manner.
● Ensure all teams are aligned on the wedding vision, requirements, deadlines, and quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
● 5+ years of experience in account management or client relations, preferably in the event planning or hospitality industry (experience in the wedding or events industry is a strong advantage.)
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software or event management tools. ● A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of ownership over client satisfaction.
