About Us:

Talent 360 is hiring for one of our clients in FMCG is a supplier of specialty High-Quality ingredients and solutions for restaurants, hotels, cafes, and bistros.

Job Objective:

To lead the development, launch, and growth of company’ new retail product range in the
Egyptian market. The Brand Manager will be responsible for shaping product positioning, executing go-
to-market strategies, and building strong consumer connections in line with brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Brand Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute brand strategies and annual plans for the new retail product portfolio.
  • Define brand positioning, tone, and long-term vision aligned with values.

    2-New Product Development & Launch

  • Lead the end-to-end process of launching new retail SKUs, including:
  • Concept development
  • Market and consumer research
  • Packaging and visual identity
  • Pricing and channel strategy
  • Launch and activation plans

    3-Consumer & Market Insights
    Conduct research to identify opportunities, monitor trends, and generate actionable insights to guide product and communication strategies.

    4-Brand Identity & Packaging

  • Manage brand identity across all retail touchpoints.
    Oversee packaging design and ensure alignment with consumer preferences and brand guidelines.

    5- Cross-functional Coordination
  • Work closely with R&D, operations, quality, and sales teams to ensure timely development, production, and delivery of retail products.

    6- Retail Marketing Execution
    Plan and execute marketing campaigns targeting retail consumers, including in-store, digital, social media, and ATL/BTL activities.

    7-External Partner Management
    Liaise with creative agencies, packaging suppliers, media partners, and research agencies to execute brand plans effectively.

    8. Brand Performance Monitoring
  • Track key performance indicators (e.g., sales, share, awareness).
  • Conduct post-launch evaluations and recommend corrective actions when necessary.

    9. Brand Representation
  • Represent the brand at relevant trade shows, exhibitions, and consumer events.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • +5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in FMCG or food retail.
  • Proven experience in launching consumer products to market.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian retail dynamics and shopper behavior.
  • Fluent in English

  • Location: 10th of Ramadan

    Position Type: Full-Time
    Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
