Kemet Corporation is looking to hire a passionate and competent professional for a position Senior BIM MEP Engineer.
Job Description:
- Leading the development and implementation of BIM standards and processes within the organization
- Collaborating with project teams to establish BIM project objectives, strategies, and work plans.
- Overseeing the preparation and production of BIM models for projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Reviewing BIM models and ensuring compliance with project standards and specifications.
- Providing technical support and guidance to project teams on BIM-related issues.
- Mentoring junior BIM staff members and guiding their professional development.
- Developing and delivering BIM training programs for staff members. Conducting quality control checks on BIM deliverables.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Good command of Revit & Navisworks is a must
- Design Validation and Calculation
- Clash Detection and Coordination.
- Strong Experience in Mechanical Engineering (HVAC , Plumbing and Fire Fighting)
- Shop drawing experience in multiple projects
- Create and manage BIM families is a must
- Knowledge in BIM workflows & Managing various 3D model disciplines
- Knowledge in Preparing RFIs & Technical reports
- Construction industry background preferred.
- From 5 to 8 Years experience.

- Working Hours: From 08:00 AM to 05:30 PM
- Weekends: Fridays & Saturdays
- Location: Heliopolis- Cairo - Egypt
