Job Purpose

He/She is responsible for leading a team of artists,ensuring the team adheres to current processes, identifies opportunities for improvement, and proposes and creates processes and tools to support design operations. Work with the Account Manager to ensure each project, in accordance with briefing, is clearly outlined and estimated.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for developing and guiding the creative concepts for branding and marketing campaigns. 

  • Work closely with the Account Management and researcher to brainstorm ideas, define the creative direction, and ensure that the visual elements align with the brand's identity and objectives

  • Oversees the design process, ensuring that the visual elements are effectively executed across various platforms, including print, digital, and multimedia. 

  • Provide guidance and feedback to designers and collaborate with other team members to ensure the successful implementation of creative concepts

  • Supervise the design team and lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all projects are completed on time

  • Supervise the development of illustrations, designs, logos and branding materials for Bladesmith clients 

  • Collaborates closely with clients, understanding their goals, objectives, and brand requirements, participates in client meetings, presentations, and reviews, effectively communicating the creative concepts and ensuring that client feedback is incorporated into the design process

  • Maintaining brand consistency across all visual touchpoints. They ensure that design elements, typography, color schemes, and other visual components adhere to the brand guidelines and are consistently applied throughout various marketing materials and campaigns

  • Stays updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies relevant to branding and advertising

  • continuously research and explore innovative design approaches to enhance the creative output and maintain a competitive edge in the industry

  • Responsible for managing project budgets and timelines, ensuring that projects are delivered within the allocated resources and timelines while maintaining the desired level of creative quality

  • Work hands-on across our portfolio of brands to deliver creative solutions that are unique to each brand’s objectives and strategies
