Position Title: Creative Head of Design

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of designers and technical designers.
  • Design Execution: Select and specify appropriate furniture, fixtures, finishes, and décor to realize design visions.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and other professionals for seamless project execution.
  • Project Management: Monitor progress, adjusting plans as needed to meet deadlines and client requirements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
  • Portfolio Development: Maintain a portfolio of completed projects to showcase design capabilities.

  • 3D Max
  • AutoCAD
  • Photoshop
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience in a creative head role.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction methods.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent space planning and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong project management skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and design professionals.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey design concepts.

Working Conditions
  • Work Location: New Cairo
  • Working Days: 5 Days a Week
  • Working Hours: Flexible hours between 9 AM and 10 AM (8-hour workday)
  • Days Off: Friday and Saturday
