Responsibilities:
- Prepare Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and manage the bidding process for elevator parts and materials.
- Evaluate and negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with potential suppliers.
- Select qualified suppliers based on factors like quality, price, delivery lead times, and reliability.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders and contracts.
- Monitor supplier performance, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality specifications.
- Manage supplier relationships and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Analyze inventory levels and implement strategies for maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Manage import/export processes for materials, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
- Generate reports on procurement activities and inventory levels
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience within the elevator industry.
- Strong understanding of procurement principles and best practices.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
