Talent 360 is hiring Sr. Sales Engineer for ARAK Lightning Company based in Saudi Arabia.
Job Role:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out and cultivating new business opportunities.
Experience using Odoo system and CRM & Leads generation systems.
Provide technical guidance and support to clients, including conducting product demonstrations, presenting technical specifications, and recommending solutions to meet their lighting needs.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer service, to ensure alignment with customer requirements and market demands.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of sale to achieve mutually beneficial agreements and maximize revenue.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business expansion and growth.
Achieve sales targets and objectives as set by management, consistently striving for excellence in performance.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in lighting sales or a similar technical sales role in Saudi Arabia.
Proven track record of success in sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets and drive revenue growth.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
