4M is seeking a dynamic HR & Admin Manager to oversee and lead the Human Resources and Administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail or wholesale, strategic HR planning, and team management. πΉ Recruitment & Onboarding
Lead recruitment for all retail and head office roles
Design effective onboarding programs for smooth employee integration
Forecast hiring needs in partnership with department heads
πΉ HR Operations & Administration
Supervise HR and administrative staff
Manage employee records, HRIS updates, and payroll inputs
Oversee contracts, attendance, leaves, and admin operations
πΉ Employee Relations & Compliance
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
Promote a positive culture and ensure labor law compliance
Enhance employee engagement and communication
πΉ Performance & Development
Implement and monitor performance appraisal cycles
Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives
Support management in setting KPIs and tracking performance
πΉ Reporting & Strategic Support
Generate HR reports (headcount, turnover, leave balance, etc.)
Assist in manpower budgeting and HR planning
Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
4β6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in the retail industry
Strong knowledge of labor law, HR strategy, and policy implementation
Very good command of English
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
