4M is seeking a dynamic HR & Admin Manager to oversee and lead the Human Resources and Administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail or wholesale, strategic HR planning, and team management. Key Responsibilities:

πŸ”Ή Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Lead recruitment for all retail and head office roles

  • Design effective onboarding programs for smooth employee integration

  • Forecast hiring needs in partnership with department heads

πŸ”Ή HR Operations & Administration

  • Supervise HR and administrative staff

  • Manage employee records, HRIS updates, and payroll inputs

  • Oversee contracts, attendance, leaves, and admin operations

πŸ”Ή Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions

  • Promote a positive culture and ensure labor law compliance

  • Enhance employee engagement and communication

πŸ”Ή Performance & Development

  • Implement and monitor performance appraisal cycles

  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives

  • Support management in setting KPIs and tracking performance

πŸ”Ή Reporting & Strategic Support

  • Generate HR reports (headcount, turnover, leave balance, etc.)

  • Assist in manpower budgeting and HR planning


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in the retail industry

  • Strong knowledge of labor law, HR strategy, and policy implementation

  • Very good command of English

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
