Job Role:

  • Handling escalations for premium clients.
  • Managing a small team of call center agents focusing on VIP cases.
  • Ensuring top-level service for high - value clients.
  • Coordinating with different departments for seamless customer service.

  • Selling High Packages only for elite customers.

Job requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in working in the same position
  • Familiar with High segment customer
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Fluent in English. 

Working Conditions:

  • Location: Maadi
  • Rotational shifts 
  • 2 Days off
