Expected Job Role

Sales Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential wholesale clients

  • Identify customer needs and promote suitable products from the company’s portfolio

  • Follow up with leads to close deals and maintain long-term client relationships

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall sales team goals

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain a professional and helpful relationship with all customers

  • Ensure timely response to customer inquiries and complaints

  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure order fulfillment

Reporting & CRM

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client interactions using CRM or Excel

Report daily/weekly activity and sales results to the direct supervisor

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with field sales and warehouse teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Provide insights into customer feedback and buying behavior

Working conditions

  • Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM

  • Working Days: Saturday – Thursday

  • Days Off: Friday

  • Work Location: El Matmdya, Giza (with consideration to relocate to 6th of October
