Odoo Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Odoo Accountant to join our finance team. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer invoicing.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records of cash transactions.
  • Prepare journal entries, accruals, and adjustments to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial data and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Stay informed about changes in accounting standards and regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Provide support and training to junior staff members as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting roles, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting and data entry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
