Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
● Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and industry events.
● Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our software solutions.
● Identify upselling opportunities and work closely with current clients to develop their digital business and maximize share of wallet.
● Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
● Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to position our software solutions effectively.
● Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring overall satisfaction from the first touchpoint till final delivery.
● Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product , development, and support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
● Communicate effectively with internal teams to provide insights on market trends, client feedback, and competitive intelligence.
● Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotes for software solutions.
● Negotiate contract terms and conditions, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the client and WeCodeForYou.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, activity reports, and forecasts.
● Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications:
● Proven experience as a successful Account Executive in software sales.
● Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
● Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
● Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Working Conditions:
Core Working Hours: 11 am to 5 pm 
Working Days: Sundays to Thursdays (Fridays and Saturdays off)
Working Model: Hybrid (1 day from site)
