Developments an Egyptian real estate developer specializing in luxury residential communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in line with accounting standards.
Oversee petty cash management and conduct bank reconciliations.
Review, verify, and process supplier and contractor invoices and payments.
Assist in the preparation of periodic financial reports, statements, and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with Egyptian accounting and tax regulations.
Provide financial insights to support management decisions and project performance.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on finance-related matters.

Who Are We Looking For:

Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken & written)
Plus: Experience in cash management and banking operations
