*Job Description:*

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Financial Manager to lead our finance team and drive the financial health of our organization. The ideal candidate will develop and implement financial strategies, oversee financial operations, and ensure compliance with industry standards while supporting overall business growth and efficiency.


*Responsibilities:*

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals.

Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Manage and mentor a team of financial professionals, fostering growth and high performance.

Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices.

Optimize cash flow management and investment strategies to maximize returns.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and operational efficiency.


*Software Skills:*

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.

Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or Misrcomm current system).

Strong understanding of risk management and internal controls.

Leadership: Proven ability to inspire and lead teams toward achieving financial goals.

*Requirements:*

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

7-10 years of progressive experience in financial management roles.

Strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.

Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.

Experience managing and developing finance teams.

Prior experience in the same position, preferably in the industrial sector.

*Location* : Downtown HQ

*Working Days* : Sunday to Thursday

*Working Hours* : From 8 AM to 4 PM

*Days Off* : Friday and Saturday

*Compensation* : Attractive salary package and social insurance
