Join us as an Operations Engineer to manage and optimize our manufacturing solutions, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support factories with training, issue handling and responding to inquiries
- Analyze new factory requirements and document them
- Conduct frequent factory visits for consultancy, support and training
- Maintain effective, prompt and accurate communication with all factories
- Map pre-deployment manufacturing processes for new factories
- Coordinate with Admin to maintain accurate records of equipment, devices and hardware
- Coordinate hardware and equipment deliveries to factories and issue their delivery receipts
Requirement
- +2 years of experience in account management or Deployment Engineering
- A Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering is a Must.
- Willingness to travel to factories in Egypt and abroad on short-term assignments
- Excellent command of written and spoken Arabic & English
- Effective and organized online and face-to-face communication skills
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with diverse groups from different backgrounds
- Ability and persistence to work alone in large factories
- Strong time management capabilities
