About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth in the interior design and construction sector. This role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding NO5’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior design and construction sectors
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners
- Collaborate with the design and project teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure new projects
- Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote NO5’s services
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and stakeholders
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the interior design or construction industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand client requirements and present solutions effectively
- Knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field
- Self-motivated, with a results-oriented approach
- Previous experience in a similar business development or sales role preferred
