Job Overview :

We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Reel Maker to produce engaging short-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. The ideal candidate understands social media trends, storytelling, and video editing techniques that drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create engaging Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and YouTube Shorts

- Edit raw footage into high-quality short-form content

- Add captions, transitions, effects, music, and motion graphics

- Stay updated with social media trends and viral formats

- Collaborate with the marketing/content team for ideas and scripts

- Optimize videos for maximum reach and engagement

- Manage posting schedule (if required)

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)

- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms

- Creative storytelling and visual sense

- Knowledge of trending audio and hashtags

- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop – optional but preferred)

- Ability to meet deadlines consistently

Qualifications :

- Experience in creating viral or high-engagement short-form videos

- Portfolio of previous reel or short-form work
