Job Description:

Delta Construction Co. is looking for a highly organized and proactive Secretary to support our team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and assist in daily operations within our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of management.
  • Maintain and organize company documents, files, and records.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and site visits for management and staff.
  • Prepare reports, memos, and other business documents.
  • Assist in procurement by preparing purchase orders and tracking supplies.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients as needed.
  • Monitor office supplies and ensure a well-maintained office environment.
  • Handle data entry and maintain construction project records.
  • Follow up on invoices, payments, and financial documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Background in the construction industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional and proactive attitude.
