Role Overview
You’ll own SiFi’s digital growth engine. Your mission: drive measurable pipeline through smart demand-gen, high-quality lead generation, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and run always-on demand-generation and lead-generation programs across paid social, search, and retargeting
  • Own email marketing: segmentation, automation flows, lifecycle campaigns, and performance optimization
  • Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) plays for priority accounts
  • Analyze funnel performance, attribution, and campaign ROI — making decisions based on data, not guesswork
  • Maintain dashboards to track CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
  • Own all digital marketing reporting: weekly, monthly, and campaign-specific performance reports
  • Coordinate with sales to align campaigns with ICP, messaging, and lead quality expectations
  • Brief and manage external agencies/freelancers when needed
  • Continuously experiment with new channels, creatives, landing pages, and funnel optimizations
  • Prepare monthly demand-gen plans tied to clear targets, budgets, and expected outcomes
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in digital marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or Fintech
  • Strong experience in performance marketing, analytics, and marketing automation
  • Deeply data-driven mindset — able to extract insights, identify patterns, and act fast
  • Strong reporting skills: dashboards, insights, and translating data into action
  • Self-managed, organized, and effective in a remote setup
  • Excellent up to Fluent in English is a MUST.
