Talent 360 is hiring people Operations Advisor to join our stars team:
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage employee records, contracts, and documentation with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Oversee social insurance and labor law compliance, ensuring all related activities and records are accurate, up-to-date, and in line with current regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies to ensure compliance.
• Process Payroll by verifying timesheets, attendance, and leave requests.
• Ensure that Payroll is processed on time, and all deductions (e.g., taxes, benefits) and benefit enrollment for employees are correctly applied.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service to employees by addressing payroll, benefits, and personnel-related inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Assist in the annual Compensation review process, including salary benchmarking and adjustments.
Job Requirements:
• 1 to 3 Years of Experience in the Human resources field.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Law, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
• Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Work Conditions:
• Working hours: from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM OR from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM
• Fridays & Saturdays are off
