ProBuilder is seeking a Procurement and Contracts Engineer to manage and coordinate all tendering, procurement, and contract activities for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient vendor management, cost control, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and issue RFQs, evaluate bids, and support technical and commercial assessments.
• Coordinate with engineering teams and project consultants during bid evaluation and contract award.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring compliance, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Issue and track purchase orders and contracts, maintaining complete documentation.
• Monitor contract performance, assist in payment processing, and ensure adherence to terms and standards.
• Oversee logistics coordination and compliance with company and statutory requirements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Architecture preferred).
• 4–6 years of experience in tendering, procurement, or contracts within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, AutoCAD, and PDF/Acrobat editing tools.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
• Age Range: 30–32 years.
