We are currently looking for a dynamic Junior HR Specialist to join our growing team

.Job Role:


  • Coordinate and execute end-to-end recruitment for retail positions (shop managers, sales, stock, etc.)
  • Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and provide shortlists to department managers
  • Ensure proper onboarding and orientation for new hires in line with company policy
  • Serve as the main HR contact for employees in the retail division
  • Address employee inquiries and resolve issues related to HR policies, benefits, and code of conduct
  • Support the implementation of internal communication strategies to ensure employee engagement
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HRIS systems regularly
  • Oversee attendance, leaves, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations
  • Manage monthly HR reports (headcount, turnover, vacancies, etc.)
  • Assist in the implementation and follow-up of performance appraisal cycles
  • Support line managers in setting KPIs and reviewing employee performance
  • Work on improvement plans and employee development initiatives
  • Identify training needs in collaboration with branch managers
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs for store employees
  • Ensure all HR practices are aligned with local labor laws and internal policies
  • Support the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures in the retail context

Job Requirements: 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in the retail industry
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law
  • Good to Very Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location retail environment
  • Solid understanding of HR functions in a retail environment

Work Conditions:


  • Working Hours: 09:00 AM-05:00 PM
  • Working days: Saturday-Thursday 
  • Days off: Friday  
  • Work location:  El M3tmdia, Giza
