Create layouts and designs for brochures, flyers, banners, signage, advertisements, and social media content.
Adapt existing designs to different formats and sizes while maintaining quality and brand standards.
Prepare print-ready files and digital assets for production and publishing.
Work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer to execute assigned tasks in line with project requirements.
Coordinate with the Art Director for design approvals through the Senior Graphic Designer.
Collaborate with event planners, marketing teams, and production teams to ensure graphics meet technical specifications.
Review designs for errors, quality, and brand consistency before submission.
Ensure color accuracy, typography, and layout precision in all outputs.
Assist the Senior Graphic Designer in developing visual concepts when required.
Provide creative input and contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions.
Organize and maintain design files and asset libraries.
Stay updated on design tools, trends, and techniques.
Continuously develop technical skills to take on more complex design tasks.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in graphic design, within event management, exhibitions, or advertising.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Understanding of printing processes, large-format graphics, and digital asset preparation.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
