cardoO is looking for an experienced Media Buyer Supervisor to lead our media buying team and manage high-impact advertising campaigns across various platforms. This role is perfect for a strategic, data-driven professional who thrives on optimizing performance and delivering strong ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide a team of media buyers to ensure high-performance and accountability.
Develop and implement strategic media buying plans across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
Monitor campaign performance metrics and make real-time optimizations to meet KPIs.
Manage large-scale media budgets and ensure cost-effective ad spend allocation.
Analyze performance reports and generate actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
Collaborate closely with the creative, analytics, and marketing teams to align campaign goals.
Stay updated on media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Train and mentor junior team members, helping to grow internal expertise.
Evaluate new tools, technologies, and media channels for potential testing and scale.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in media buying, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.).
Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns with strong ROI.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in campaign performance tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and reporting dashboards.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
