Job Role:
Set the artistic direction and overall creative strategy for campaigns and projects.
Lead and oversee client pitches, ensuring creative concepts align with client goals and business objectives.
Ensure all creative deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Present campaign ideas and creative strategies to clients and senior leadership.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure integrated and cohesive project execution.
Lead and review the work of the creative team across all media, including web, print, branding, and digital content.
Facilitate brainstorming and creative sessions to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
Write and design compelling, original content to support and guide copywriters and designers.
Manage and mentor the creative team, setting individual objectives and providing performance feedback.
Prepare and conduct performance appraisals for creative staff.
Create and present regular status reports on team performance, project progress, and creative direction.
Take full ownership of the creative team's deliverables and ensure they align with client expectations and brand standards.
Stay up to date with global and local industry trends and best practices to bring fresh insights and innovation.
Attend client meetings related to visual identities and branding to align on vision and execution.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar senior creative leadership role
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a creative field such as Graphic Design, Advertising, Visual Communication, or a related discipline
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or Monday.com is a plus
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present ideas and build strong client relationships
A compelling portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative work across print, digital, and branding projects
Solid understanding and hands-on experience in both print and digital media
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
