Job Responsibilities:

Set up, configure, and manage the technology systems used within the company, including hardware, software, and networks.
Perform routine maintenance and regular updates on technical systems to ensure optimal performance.
Identify and implement improvements to enhance system functionality and efficiency.
Respond to and troubleshoot hardware-related issues, including repairs and component replacements for laptops and other devices.
Maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools necessary for repairs.
Install and update software systems, ensuring all systems are running the latest versions and patches.
Address and resolve software malfunctions, including operating system errors and application issues.
Track and monitor data usage and communications on the company network, ensuring security and performance standards are met.
Provide technical support to staff, troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues promptly.
Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and encryption protocols to safeguard company data.
Perform regular laptop maintenance, including software updates, virus removal, and system optimizations.
Provide guidance to users on best practices for laptop care and maintenance.
Document all repairs, services, and maintenance activities performed in the ticketing system, ensuring accurate records are kept.
