Wind Integrated Solutions, Oracle Partner in Egypt, KSA & UAE is looking for "Senior Software Project Manager"
Wind Integrated Solutions is Software Development Company that provides technology services, business automation, and business digitalization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver software projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Lead Agile/Scrum processes and mentor teams to improve delivery.
- Track project progress and report on performance metrics, identifying risks and solutions proactively.
- Manage communication between technical teams, and clients to ensure alignment.
- Continuously improve project management processes for maximum efficiency.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years as a Project Manager in software development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Certifications (Preferred): PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), or Scrum Master Certification.
